What a great find the food was amazing and the staff was professional and friendly! We had the taco salad, Chapala Special with steak, and birria and two frozen margaritas. Ok I was on a search for some white queso like they used to serve in the south, and I found it with Chapala. Its exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the Chicken Cheese and Rice like back home and lets just say they didnt skimp. My new favorite Mexican restaurant here in Denver.
